Garment island separation
It's now possible to essentially "hide" parts of a garment by using shape keys. Follow the guide for more information.

Changes
- Made driver properties keyframeable.
- Removed CollisionSmoothing from physical chains (see the new manual collision toggle instead).
- You can now set current timeline without changing selection by middle clicking timeline (just like steps).
- Creating a timeline will no longer change selection.
- Returning character to pool now asks for confirmation.
- Keyboard shortcut for dragging physical objects is now LeftAlt + LeftClick (instead of LeftCtrl + LeftClick).
- (Which means you can have a node selected while dragging physical objects, without causing that node to be snapped.)
- Shortcut for appending nodes to selection is now LeftShift instead of LeftCtrl.
- Shortcut for appending keyframes to selection is now LeftShift instead of LeftCtrl.
- When creating a new interaction, the right side will now display.
- Reduced anti-tampering measures.

- Fixed an issue where tags involving the "/" character would be ignored.

- Fixed an issue where appendage cover for cloud characters could sometimes be incorrect.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where duplicating a step wouldn't properly duplicate keyframed timeline properties.
- Fixed an issue where parts decoupled from character wouldn't display after load.
- Fixed an issue where floating panel could linger when switching from interactions to character creator.
- Fixed an issue where breasts could look deformed when adding already loaded character to new scene, if inflation was different from default.
- Fixed an issue where deselecting a character node could cause all other nodes to be hidden, even if some were still selected.
- Fixed an issue where moving keyframes on top of each other, and then moving the result again would cause an issue, making it not possible to move keyframes until everything had been deselected and reselected again.
- Fixed an issue where SDF colliders for breasts could become incorrect if chest scaling was not default.
- Fixed an issue where ctrl+snapping sometimes would deselect object.
- Fixed hands and feet not merging on bt_f_curvy2.
- Fixed an issue where using part models with more than 65535 indexes would not render properly in interactions.
