Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where fur would get enabled when entering an appendage group, even if there was no fur authored.
• Fixed an issue where detail and thickness layers would not work in parts.
• Fixed an issue where areola would look incorrect with detail texture when SSS shader was used.
